Annual Run for Independence Races
The Run for Independence is an event focused on celebrating ability while raising awareness and encouraging inclusivity. Proceeds from the run will support Independence Association and Spindleworks' programs for individuals with disabilities in Midcoast Maine. 5K Run 10:00 a.m.
1 Mile Fun Run 10:05 a.m.
Prizes
Awards to be held immediately after last runner.

Entry Fee
Pre-register by April 20 for Free T-shirt to the first 150 paid registered runners and Free Team shirts for teams pre-registered by April 20.
- Preregistration - Fun Run Free, 1 mile $20.00 and 5K $35.00 before April 20th. There will be a $2.75 processing fee per runner added at check out.
- Day of race registration 8:30 - 9:45 a.m. - Fun Run Free, 1 mile $25.00 and 5K $40.00
Race Policy
If race is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, there will be no make-up date and no refunds.
Early Bib Pick-up
May 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Awards to be held immediately after last runner.
